After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Only a principal broker can add or transfer a licensee into a business, so we will handle this process for you immediately upon completion of application and fees, unless otherwise specified in your application. 

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Jason Walchli, will send an email confirmation of the license transfer, as well as information on next steps for board and MLS affiliation.
