How do I contact my broker?

Contacting your broker is super easy!  You can initiate a call to your broker or broker team through the reZEN mobile app or reZEN desktop. When you call through reZEN, we save the call and automatically transcribe notes for you - so it’s easy to go back to the call and remember what you discussed. We respect your privacy - this is only available to you, your Broker, and Real.

Important Notes

• Brokers may also contact you through ROAR.  When they do, the call will come from one of the four phone numbers listed below.  Please save these phone numbers so you know that your broker is calling from these numbers.
  • Click here to save the ROAR contact card to your phone. Or you can manually save these numbers:

• Please do not initiate a call to your broker by dialing one of these numbers directly.  All calls must be initiated through the reZEN mobile app or the desktop version of reZEN.

Contact your broker through the reZEN mobile app:

To call your broker through the reZEN Mobile App, click Call Broker in the app menu.

Select whether you have a general inquiry or if you are calling about a specific transaction.  If you are calling about a specific transaction, be sure to select the correct transaction from the dropdown.  Then click Call This Number to place the call.

Contact your broker through reZEN on a desktop:

In the desktop version of reZEN, there are a few places from which you can initiate a call to your broker. First, you can call from the Office tab in reZEN by clicking the Call button where your broker team is listed.

You can also initiate a call to your broker from the My Dashboard page in reZEN.  Just scroll down to the Offices section and click the phone icon to initiate the call.

Once you click the call button, you will be asked whether you are calling about a specific deal, or if you have a general inquiry.  If your question relates to a specific deal, be sure to select the deal from the dropdown.

Then click Text Me This Number.  You will receive a text where you can initiate a call to your broker(s).

The text message will look just like the text below.  Simply click the phone number to initiate the call!
