My broker didn’t pick up, what do I do?

If your broker is not available to take your call, you can leave them a voicemail message so your broker can get back to you when they are available.

The broker or broker team will receive a notification that they have a new voicemail.  The recording and transcript of your voicemail will be available in your inbox, or in the transaction comments if you called about a transaction.
