1️⃣ COMPLETE A REAL JOIN APPLICATION
Complete a Real Application by signing the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and paying the Application Fee using the steps below.
You will need the following items to complete your application:
- License Number(s) and Expiration Date(s)
- MLS and Board information
- Sponsor name and email
- A photo of the front of your Driver’s License
- Payment information for the Application Fee
***Remember your login credentials that you create during the Application since this will be your login information for reZEN once your application has been approved.

2️⃣ TRANSFER YOUR LICENSE TO REAL

Your Onboarding Team will take care of transferring your license with the Florida Division of Real Estate. There is nothing for you to do here.
Your Designated State Broker, Dawn Williams, and the Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer/affiliation. Once your license is affiliated with Real and your Join Application is approved you'll receive the Welcome, Next Steps email.
Already a Real agent? Please contact the Onboarding Team and they will add your license to your existing reZEN account.
3️⃣ FACILITATE YOUR MLS AND BOARD TRANSFERS

4️⃣ UPDATE YOUR MARKETING/ADVERTISING
Please review all Florida advertising requirements here:
In all instances of advertising in the state of Florida, an advertisement must include:
- Legal name of brokerage (Real Broker, LLC)
- The Agent’s name
- The name of the brokerage (Real Broker, LLC) must be the same size or larger than the team name.
- If an AD includes a licensee’s personal name, the person’s last name MUST appear as it is registered with the Florida Real Estate Commission
- Logo alone is NOT sufficient disclosure
Team advertising (if applicable)
- “Team or group advertising” shall mean a name or logo used by one or more real estate licensees who represent themselves to the public as a team or group. The team or group must perform licensed activities under the supervision of the same broker or brokerage.
- Each team or group shall file with the broker a designated licensee to be responsible for ensuring that the advertising is in compliance with chapter 475, Florida Statutes, and division 61J2, Florida Administrative Code.
- At least once monthly, the registered broker must maintain a current written record of each team’s or group’s members.
- Team or group names. Real estate team or group names may include the word “team” or “group” as part of the name. Real estate team or group names shall not include the following words: (a) Agency (b) Associates (c) Brokerage (d) Brokers (e) Company (f) Corporation (g) Corp. (h) Inc. (i) LLC (j) LP, LLP or Partnership (k) Properties (l) Property (m) Real Estate (n) Realty (o) Or similar words suggesting the team or group is a separate real estate brokerage or company. This rule applies to all advertising.
- In advertisements containing the team or group name, the team or group name shall not be in larger print than the name of the registered brokerage. All advertising must be in a manner in which reasonable persons would know they are dealing with a team or group.
- All advertisements must comply with these requirements no later than July 1, 2019.
- Real’s logo must be the same size or larger than the team logo

5️⃣ TRANSFER YOUR ACTIVE LISTINGS TO REAL
If you are re-listing your active listing(s) with Real Broker, please submit forms to FL.sign@therealbrokerage.com for signature using an electronic signature platform.

7️⃣ JOIN THE WORKVIVO STATE SPACE
Workvivo is our online Real community hub for Real agents. Each State/Province has a Group space for you to to easily see updates and access meetings and resources. You can also join others groups to interact with other agents at Real, especially for referrals and tips.

The Real KnowledgeBase is our collection of digital articles, including FAQs, how-to guides, and tutorials, that you can search to learn more and understand all the resources and benefits of Real.
9️⃣ DOWNLOAD THE REAL APP
To do so, go to www.joinreal.com/app on your mobile device. You’ll be prompted to download the app. You can also search for Real reZEN through the app store on your mobile device.
**Important, you will use the login information you created in Step 1 to log into your agent application.
