After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time for us to transfer your license to Real! Your Onboarding Team will take care of transferring your license with the Florida Division of Real Estate. There is nothing for you to do here.  Once your license is affiliated with Real and your application is approved you'll receive the Welcome, Next Steps email.  

Listing Transfer:

If you are re-listing with Real Broker, please submit forms to fl.sign@therealbrokerage.com for signature using an electronic signature platform.

• Designated broker's name (if needed) is Rebecca Redman-Hamaoui

After completing the above steps:
