After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! 

Existing Licensees

A pre-filled CT License Transfer Form will be sent to you for completion via Real Signature, once complete it will then go to our new CT Broker, Justin Mandese for approval. 

*You will have to file the completed form with the State of CT using the steps below. 

AGENT STEPS TO COMPLETE:

• Email the signed transfer form to the CT Department of Consumer Protection at dcp.licenseservices@ct.gov
• DCP will send you an invoice for the $25 transfer fee.
• Once the invoice is paid, transfer will be initiated by DCP.
• Once the CT site shows your license with Real Broker CT, LLC we will complete your onboarding into the reZEN system.

New Licensees

Once you pass BOTH the General AND State portions of the CT Salesperson examination, send the following to the Department of Consumer Protection:

• A check for $590.00, payable to 'Treasurer, State of Connecticut'
• The original signed and dated score report for the CT Salesperson - General Portion
• The original signed and dated score report for the CT Salesperson - State Portion

Once the license fee has been received by the Department of Consumer Protection, your license will be printed and mailed to you.

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Justin Mandese, and Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the state of Connecticut. It is your responsibility to join the MLS. Please see instructions and a joining form for SmartMLS attached at the bottom of this page.
