Oregon: How do I transfer my Board / MLS?

Please work directly with your Board & MLS to change your affiliation to Real - see below for contact information, instructions, and pre-filled forms. 

  • Need Broker Signature? orbroker@therealbrokerage.com 
  • Note: if you are a member of COAR/RVAR, you must sign your transfer paperwork before we transfer your license in OREA.

To change your PMAR membership:

  1. Go here:  https://pmar.org/update-your-information/ 
  2. Click Change Office
  3. Enter your information
  4. Enter Firm Information:
    • Enter Firm Name: Real Broker
    • Firm Address:

  5. Click Submit

To Transfer your RMLS Membership:

  • Go to: https://rmlscentral.com/join-rmls/
  • Scroll to the bottom, to the section titled "Interest in signing up for RMLS Service?"
  • Click the + icon to expand this section, then click I'm signing up within an existing RMLS office
  • Complete the Adobe Sign with your information. 
  • Please use the following for Brokerage Information:

To transfer MLS membership, you will need to complete the Subscriber Registration in the RMLS Adobe Sign.

  • Click the + icon next to Real Estate Brokers / Agents to expand this section.
  • Click I’m signing up within an existing RMLS office

  • Complete the AdobeSign with your information.

  • Sign your portion and submit to the correct address for your State.

Listings Under Contract:

  • RMLS does not allow you to transfer listings. 
  • You must cancel your listings at your old brokerage and re-list with Real.

Example Form:

Willamette Valley MLS

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Member Reactivation under Broker

  • Click Fill Out The Service Agreement

  • Click Begin Signing
    • Fill out the rest of the document with your personal information.
    • Office Name: Real Broker
  • Sign all parts and hit Finish. 

That's it! You're done. WVMLS will process your form.
