After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Please complete the following steps:

• Once you let your current Broker know you are transferring to a new broker, login to your MREC account.

• On the left side you will see several tabs; select the one that says TRANSFER LICENSE.

• Please read the above notice, then click Next

• Review the page informing you of the licenses available for online transfer.  Click Next.

• You will then be prompted to select an Office or Branch.
  • If you are joining as a Residential Agent and are located in a Coastal County, select Office and Type REAL Broker.
  • If you joining as a Residential Agent and are located in the Hattiesburg area, select Branch and look for REAL Broker, Petal.
  • If joining as a Referral Only Agent, select Office and type Real Broker LFRO.

• Type Real Broker under Name (less is more in this case). Then click Search. 

• To join as a Residential agent (full Board and MLS dues paying member), select Real Broker LLC
• To join as a Referral Only agent, select Real Broker Lfro LLC

• Once you make your selection you will asked to confirm.  An email notification will be sent to your current broker and the receiving Real Broker, who will confirm and approve the transfer.
