After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! To initiate this process, log into your Kentucky Department of Professional Licensing eServices account. Use the following brokerage information when needed:

• License Number: 275003

Please Note: ALL Kentucky agents must purchase Kentucky RISC E&O coverage PRIOR to completing onboarding. Please use the link here to purchase the mandatory E&O insurance coverage and email a copy of the policy and/or payment receipt to kybroker@therealbrokerage.com and your onboarding coordinator. This is MANDATORY to complete onboarding.

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Andrew Pruitt, and Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Kentucky Department of Professional Licensing.
