After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!

• Your current Broker needs to release your license on IREC so that you can affiliate with Real. Please notify them to process this release.
• Once your license has been released on IREC, the Onboarding Coordinator will affiliate your license with Real on IREC. 
  • Please Note: Per the IREC policies and procedures, the license cannot be transferred to the new brokerage on the same day as when the current broker releases the license. It will take at least one business day for Real to affiliate the license with us in IREC.
• The Managing Broker, Jerry Dalton, will be notified from the State of Idaho confirming the transfer. Please keep an eye on your email for additional correspondence and your confirmation.

After completing the above steps:

New to Real? Look out for your welcome email once your license transfer is complete. This will include your Post-Onboarding Instructions, details on our Onboarding class, link to our Marketing Center and more!

Already a Real agent? Please contact Real Support and our support team will add your license to your existing reZEN account.
