After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:
Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Follow the instructions below to affiliate your license at IREC.
Log into Idaho DOPL and disconnect from your current brokerage.
- This can be done under Manage Relationships in the online services site. https://edopl.idaho.gov/onlineservices/_/
- Menu > Manage Relationships > Cease > Submit
- The license will now be inactive
- Menu > Manage Relationships > Cease > Submit
Once the license is inactive, Real can affiliate your license at IREC. The Managing Broker, Karene Loman, will be notified from the State of Idaho confirming the transfer. Please keep an eye on your email for additional correspondence and your confirmation.
Newly Licensed Agents
You must create an account on Idaho's DOPL website, then apply for a license within the portal.

Once completed, contact your Onboarding Coordinator with your issued license number (and expiration date, if possible) to move forward with your onboarding process.
After completing the above steps:
