After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! You are able to do this online. Login to your Montana Department of Labor & Industry account. Click on Account Management on the right, update the Business name field, address and phone number and click Save.

• If you're joining as a Residential Agent, enter Real Broker LLC 
• If you're joining as Real Select - Referral Only Agent, enter Real Broker LFRO LLC

Once complete, the Onboarding Coordinator will change your supervising broker and let your Designated Broker, Courtney Foster, know that this change has been made.

After completing the above steps:

You will need to complete the required forms for your respective board/MLS. Below we have some transfer packets that you can use. If your board is missing, please reach out to Courtney for assistance.
