E&O Insurance Requirements

Here is a copy of Real's E&O policy for 2026-2027. Please submit to MT DLI at your earliest convenience.

New Agents:

Please create an account and log into the DLI portal to submit your real estate license application. See the checklist here for more details.

Transferring Agents:

Real will transfer your application with the Montana Department of Labor & Industry (MT DLI). We should be able to transfer your license within 2 business day of receiving your application. 

Change your name on MT DLI:

You need to change your business name on your Montana Department of Labor & Industry account.

• Login to your Montana Department of Labor & Industry account.
• Click on Account Management on the right.

•  Click Actions next to your name

• Change Name of Business to Real. 

Update your Board & MLS Affiliation:

You will need to complete the required forms for your respective board/MLS:

• Billings
• Bozeman
• Great Falls
• Kalispell - complete and submit this form
  • Office: Real Broker LLC
  • Supervising Broker: Courtney Ferguson
• Missoula - please complete and submit the form. Reference Real Broker LLC as Brokerage Name. 
• Montana Regional MLS
