After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!

All licensees will be required to set up a UtahID account and link their license number to their account. Please find instructions here.

You must complete the Real Estate Affiliation Change Form (also known as change card) to transfer your license or activate your license. You will receive an email of this form from our document signing platform, Real Signature (email id: emails@emailtherealbrokerage.com).

After signing, you will receive a completed copy to download. 

• IMPORTANT: If you're an existing agent transferring from another brokerage, you must have your current Broker sign the change card prior to uploading to My License One.

Once you have fully signed and completed the change form, follow the instructions below to submit your form:

1. Login to My License One portal using your UtahID login credentials.
2. Locate the "Existing License/Registration Holders" section
   1. Your license may already be listed here
   2. if not, enter your license number to search for it
   3. if you cannot find it, please read the helpful tips section below
3. Click on the ellipses or "..." on the right hand side of your License Number
4. Select "Manage License / Change Affiliation"
5. Upload the change form
6. Click Submit
   • Please do not submit more than one change card. We will contact you once your card has been acknowledged.
   • If you are joining Real Select, please let your Onboarding Coordinator know to be provided the proper change card.

Please note: Your current Broker and new Broker (Real Broker) must acknowledge the affiliation change in order for your license to be transferred. Once your license is active under Real Broker, LLC, then we can continue the onboarding process to get you onboarded onto Real. 

Once the application is submitted, license activation may take up to three business days to reflect affiliation to Real. We will process your application once the license is active and associated with Real Broker.

After completing the above steps:

Look out for your welcome email once your license transfer is complete. This will include your Post-Onboarding Instructions, details on our Onboarding class, link to our Marketing Center and more!

Already a Real agent? Please contact Real Support and our support team will add your license to your existing reZEN account.
