After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!

Your Onboarding Coordinator will send you the State of Rhode Island CHANGE IN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AFFILIATION form for completion. Once you have a complete and signed form, submit the form, a copy of our E&O Certificate (attached below), and a $25 check or money order made payable to the “Rhode Island General Treasurer” to the State of Rhode Island, hand delivering if possible for expedited processing:

Once you have either mailed or hand delivered your form and the transfer fee, email your broker, Jeff, Hall, at ribroker@therealbrokerage.com and cc your Onboarding Coordinator  at jordan.jarvis@therealbrokerage.com to notify them that this step is complete.

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Jeff Hall, and Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the State of Rhode Island.
