After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:
Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!
Existing Licensees
To transfer your existing license to Real, follow these steps:
- Sign into INBiz with your Access Indiana account.
- To request a license transfer:
- Go under "Licenses" and on the right-hand side, click "Edit License" under the Action column.
- It will bring you to the below page:
- On the left-hand side of the screen, you will click on "Transfer Between Companies and Maintain Current Status".
- It will bring you to the below page:
- Please review the verbiage generated in the middle of the screen, and proceed to click "Transfer License".
- The system will provide prompts throughout the transfer process, but please ensure you take the appropriate time to review the information.
- The first prompt explains the transfer, and what it means to end your current association/affiliation.
- Once you have read that, please click "Continue".

- The second prompt requires you to input the license information of the brokerage you wish to associate/affiliate - enter the correct information based on the license type.

Residential Agent Referral Only Description: This means you will be actively selling real estate and paying to maintain MLS and Board associations.
This means you will be not be actively selling real estate, and will instead refer clients to other Real Broker Agents.
This also means you will no longer be responsible for paying to maintain MLS and Board associations.To learn more about Real Select (Referral), please click here.

- Once you have clicked "Continue", you will see the below page generated for you.
- Please review all the information to ensure you have properly entered the Brokerage license number to avoid any lag-time in your affiliation with Real Broker.
- After reviewing the information on the screen, please click "Add to Shopping Cart".
- Now you will see that the Transaction is to Transfer your license, that you are requesting to affiliate with Real Broker (or Real Broker LFRO), the date of your request, as well as the amount due to complete the transfer.
- Once you verify that the information is accurate, please click "Checkout".
- You will now be asked to complete the transaction by paying the required transfer fee.
- After you submit payment, your new designated broker, Drew Dial, will receive and approve the request, as well as you will receive an email confirmation.
New Licensees
To apply for a new real estate license, follow these steps:
- Once you have completed your licensing exam, complete your application online at MyLicense.IN.gov.
- Click "Log-In" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- When it brings you to the below screen, click "Don't have an Access Indiana Account".
- This will give you formal access to make modifications to your license once granted.
- Enter the email address you wish to use.
- If you have more than one email address, please keep note of which you use.
- Now click "Send Verification Code".
- You will receive a verification code to the email address you provided, please use the steps in the email to complete your Account activation.
- Now you will be able to log back in and request your real estate license.
- Leave the Broker Company section blank and your license will be issued in unassigned status.
- Once you have completed this, follow the steps above for existing licensees to get affiliated with Real.
After completing the above steps:
Your Designated Broker, Drew Dial, and your Onboarding Coordinator will approve the request and you will receive an email confirmation.
