After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Your Onboarding Coordinator and your Broker-In-Charge, LaDonna Drake, will affiliate your license with Real (or the Referral Only office, as needed.) You will then receive an email from NCREC confirming that you are affiliated under Real Broker, LLC. Please DO NOT affiliate your license with Real on behalf of the Broker-In-Charge. 

NOTE: If you are a Provisional Broker and are affiliated, advise your current broker to release you from NCREC. Provisional Brokers are not able to be affiliated with two BICs at two different addresses.

After completing the above steps:

It may take up to 30 days for the NCREC website to reflect these changes, so you need to make sure that your email is correct and to keep the email with the License Activation and Broker Affiliation Form Submission from NCREC as a record of affiliation for transferring your Board of Association and MLS.
