1️⃣ COMPLETE A REAL JOIN APPLICATION
Complete a Real Application by signing the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and paying the Application Fee using the steps below.
You will need the following items to complete your application:
- License Number(s) and Expiration Date(s)
- MLS and Board information
- Sponsor name and email
- A photo of the front of your Driver’s License
- Payment information for the Application Fee
***Remember your login credentials that you create during the Application since this will be your login information for reZEN once your application has been approved.

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the application fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!
Existing Licensees - please read the instructions below carefully and select the correct office in MOPRO to avoid onboarding delays!!
To transfer your existing license to Real, follow these steps in the link below to request transfer on MOPRO and pay their transfer fee. Please use this guide for reference only - MOPRO - TRANSFER LICENSE TO ANOTHER BROKER
**If you are new to MOPRO, you must first set up a MOPRO account. (You should use a chrome browser)
1. Start the application by logging into - MOPRO and follow the screenshot instructions below
For standard agents enter Real Broker LLC or License Number: 2017011668. If you are joining as a Referral Only agent, please search by Real Broker LFRO LLC License Number: 2023046429
Once the Broker Approves the transfer... you'll receive an email confirmation
Log back into your MOPRO portal and finish the remainder steps and submit the transfer payment
Once MREC processes the transfer and your license is affiliated with Real, we'll approve your application in the system.

To apply for a new real estate license, please follow these steps and use the MOPRO online portal to submit and pay the fee.

After completing the above steps:
Your Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Missouri Department of Real Estate and complete your onboarding process.
New to Real? Look out for your welcome email once your license transfer is complete. This will include your Post-Onboarding Instructions, details on our Onboarding class, link to our Marketing Center and more!

4️⃣ UPDATE YOUR MARKETING/ADVERTISING
Please review all Missouri advertising requirements here:
MO State Requirements: In all instances of advertising in the state of Missouri, an advertisement must include:
- Legal name of brokerage
- Agent phone number
Brokerage state office phone number: (573) 520-3099
Brokerage state office address OR the brokerage branch office address that is registered with MREC is required (not mandatory on yard signs).
Real’s logo is not required UNLESS there is a team logo that is being utilized; in that instance it IS required.
Broker requires the use of the Fair Housing logo and the Realtor logo on all advertisements. - (if applicable) Can't use “realty”, “brokerage”, “company”, or any other terms in a team name that may be construed as a real estate entity.
- For additional requirements, including those regarding teams, please refer to Missouri Real Estate Commission Guidelines: 20 CSR 22508.070 advertising, which can be found here →
- If licensed in multiple states and those states are relevant to the advert (e.g., they border AR and plan to run the ad in a publication (or website) that will be seen in both states) they must include both (all) of those states' information (in accordance with the individual state’s advertising guidelines/requirements).

5️⃣ TRANSFER YOUR ACTIVE LISTINGS TO REAL
If you are re-listing your active listing(s) with Real Broker, please submit forms electronically to mobroker@therealbrokerage.com for signature using an electronic signature platform.
