After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:
Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the application fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!
Existing Licensees:
To transfer your existing license to Real, follow these steps in the link below to request transfer on MOPRO and pay their transfer fee. Please use this guide for reference only - MOPRO - TRANSFER LICENSE TO ANOTHER BROKER
**If you are new to MOPRO, you must first set up a MOPRO account. (You should use a chrome browser)
1. Start the application by logging into - MOPRO and follow the screenshot instructions below
For standard agents enter Real Broker LLC or License Number: 2017011668. If you are joining as a Referral Only agent, please search by Real Broker LFRO LLC License Number: 2023046429
Once the Broker Approves the transfer... you'll receive an email confirmation
Log back into your MOPRO portal and finish the remainder steps and submit the transfer payment
Once MREC processes the transfer and your license is affiliated with Real, we'll approve your application in the system.
New Licensees
To apply for a new real estate license, please follow these steps and use the MOPRO online portal to submit and pay the fee.

After completing the above steps:
Your Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Missouri Department of Real Estate and complete your onboarding process.
New to Real? Look out for your welcome email once your license transfer is complete. This will include your Post-Onboarding Instructions, details on our Onboarding class, link to our Marketing Center and more!
