Complete a Real Application by signing the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and paying the Join Fee. You will need the following items to complete your application:

| 2 | Review the License Transfer process for your State/Province and complete any items required by you to initiate the transfer. |
Onboarding/License Transfer Day | |
| 3 | License Transfer Day: Our Onboarding Coordinators and State Brokers will work to transfer your license(s) to Real. Once your license is affiliated with Real, you will receive an activation email from our Onboarding Team. |

Log into reZEN and finish setting up your profile with your banking information so you can get paid! • reZEN profile overview • Check out the trainings below to become familiar with reZEN and how to use it. |

- Attend Real Onboarding - Wednesdays @ 2PM ET for everything you need to know to get started: completing onboarding, transitioning into Real, an introduction to reZEN, to learn how to set up your reZEN account, navigate reZEN and our agent tools, support resources, Real’s key benefits and programs, and your first steps as a Real agent.
