One Real Mortgage is integrated with reZEN and your client can apply for pre-approval in the reZEN App.
It’s easy to refer a client to One Real Mortgage through the reZEN app; once referred, the client can apply for a pre-approval from One Real Mortgage all within reZEN.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign into reZEN, in the top navigation bar that starts with Overview, scroll to the right until you see the Mortgage tab and click it. You will be taken to a list of the One Real Mortgage loan applications for which you are the assigned agent.
- This page is where you can view all of your clients currently working with One Real Mortgage, their loans, and the current status of their loans. Don’t worry if it’s empty – that just means you don’t have any clients working with One Real Mortgage…yet! To invite a client to apply, click the + button at bottom right.
- Enter your client’s name, contact information, and the state in which they are looking to purchase a home. If you are already working with a specific loan officer, you can select the loan officer’s name here.
- Click the Save button, your client will receive an email inviting them to apply from One Real Mortgage. You'll receive an email update at each of the following touchpoints: your client starts an application, your client submits an application, and your client’s application receives pre-approval.
