Real Originate Program Overview
Today’s real estate agents want to expand their expertise and increase income without losing focus on serving their clients.
Through the Real Originate program, One Real Mortgage Corp. offers select full-time real estate agents the opportunity to become part-time W2 employees as Real Originate Loan Officers.
Each Real Originate Loan Officer partners with an experienced internal Mortgage Loan Officer on every transaction to ensure compliance and execution excellence.
The program is designed to help agents broaden their skill set while continuing to support buyers and past clients throughout the home financing process.
Licensed Real Originate Loan Officers can:
- Better guide current clients through purchase financing
- Educate past clients on refinance opportunities
- Earn additional income through permitted loan origination compensation
Program Requirements
Interested agents may inquire with One Real Mortgage.
To participate, Real Originate Loan Officers must:
- Apply for and obtain individual mortgage loan originator licensing through the NMLS
- Be sponsored by One Real Mortgage in the NMLS
- Be employed as part-time W2 employees of One Real Mortgage
- Comply with all applicable loan originator compensation agreements and regulatory requirements
Compensation is based solely on work performed on each loan and is governed by the applicable loan originator compensation agreement.
How It Works
- If you are an agent in a state where One Real Mortgage is licensed, visit onereal.link/originate to express interest. Qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss the program.
- If accepted, you must apply for and obtain your individual mortgage loan originator license.
- Once licensed and onboarded, you will be paired with an Internal Loan Officer who will collaborate with you on each transaction and oversee compliance.
- When a client is ready to begin a purchase or refinance application, you will provide the loan application link and assist in gathering required information.
- Your Internal Loan Officer partner will support the file through processing and closing.
- Upon closing, you will receive permitted loan origination compensation pursuant to your compensation agreement.
Eligibility
Licensed real estate agents in states where One Real Mortgage is authorized to conduct mortgage business may apply.
To remain eligible, Real Originate Loan Officers must:
- Maintain active NMLS licensure
- Remain part-time W2 employees of One Real Mortgage
- Participate in the loan origination process in accordance with company policy and applicable law
One Real Mortgage reserves the right to decline employment if a conflict of interest or compliance concern exists.
