Yes. All real estate agents in One Real Mortgage operational states are eligible to apply. To remain compliant, External Loan Officers must be NMLS licensed, part-time W2 employees of One Real Mortgage, and participate in the loan origination process.
Any income earned as a part-time W2 employee of One Real Mortgage will be on a separate tax document and will not be included in your agent income 1099.
