It’s easy to invite a client to apply for a pre-approval from One Real Mortgage directly through reZEN.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign into reZEN, click the One Real Mortgage Icon in the left-hand navigation bar. You will be taken to a list of the One Real Mortgage loan applications for which you are the assigned agent.
- This page is where you can view all of your clients currently working with One Real Mortgage, their loans, and the current status of their loans. Don’t worry if it’s empty – that just means you don’t have any clients working with One Real Mortgage…yet! To invite a client to apply, click the Invite Buyer button.
- Enter your client’s name, contact information, and the state in which they are looking to purchase a home. If you are already working with a specific loan officer, you can select the loan officer’s name here.
- Click the Invite button, your client will receive an email inviting them to apply. You'll receive an email update at each of the following touchpoints: your client starts an application, your client submits an application, and your client’s application receives pre-approval.
