Ontario License Transfer Instructions:

1. You must register to Real at https://bolt.therealbrokerage.com/register

2. Provide a copy of the resignation letter that was sent to your previous broker as this is a RECO requirement.  Email it to your onboarding coordinator - nicole@therealbrokerage.com

3. Email the transfer application for the MLS board to nicole@therealbrokerage.com (if applicable)
4. If you have any listings live with your current brokerage, you can assign them to our brokerage by filling out form 243 - Assignment to a Listing Agreement (attached) and sending it to: onadmin@therealbrokerage.com

5. Once RECO transfer is complete, a notification will be sent to the agent and broker with the updated license certificate will be mailed in the post.

6. If you have a personal real estate corporation (PREC), You can click Here to visit a guide on how to set up your PREC with the brokerage in Ontario.

Once these steps are complete, our Onboarding team will help you add your license to your profile.
