Ontario License Transfer Instructions:

1. You must register to join Real at https://bolt.therealbrokerage.com/register. Please complete all sections of the application, sign the ICA, and then pay the join fee.
2. Once your join fee is paid, our team will be in touch to discuss your application. 
3. Provide a copy of the resignation letter that was sent to your previous broker as this is a RECO requirement.  Email it to your onboarding coordinator - onboarding@therealbrokerage.com
4. Once RECO transfer is complete, a notification will be sent to the agent and broker with the updated license certificate will be mailed in the post.
5. If you have a personal real estate corporation (PREC), You can click Here to visit a guide on how to set up your PREC with the brokerage in Ontario.

Once these steps are complete, our Onboarding team will help you add your license to your profile.

How to Transfer Active Listings to Real:

You can either cancel your listing at your previous brokerage and re-list with Real on the MLS - or you can have these assigned to Real:

1. Agent fills out the OREA Form Assignment of Listing Agreement
2. Agent has to have the form signed by their previous broker and then sends for electronic signature to the broker at Real for signing with Lori Ann West set as the signer. 
3. Agent sends the form to listingsCAD@therealbrokerage.com to be sent to the board to be processed.

You should be done! Please review your Welcome email and attend your Onboarding Training Meetings.
