How to Join Real in Saskatchewan:

Before you can transfer/register your license on SREC, you must fill out an online application, sign the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and pay your join fee to Real. Need help with these steps? How to Join Real.

Saskatchewan License Transfer Instructions:

1. Once the application to Real is complete, the following form must be filled out and notarized before sending to Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC)
   • SREC Application for Transferring/New Agents
2. When the form is complete, send it to info@srec.ca to process
3. Once the license registration is complete on SREC, the final steps will be provided from onboarding

You are responsible for updating your Board MLS membership. See instructions below: 

For current SRA members, the following form must be completed and sent to membership@sra.ca

• SRA Transfer

If you are newly licensed, you will need to register with the SRA board. The following form must be completed and sent to membership@sra.ca

• SRA New Member

How to Transfer Active Listings to Real:

Your listing must either be cancelled or expired with your previous brokerage and re-listed once you move your license to Real. Any pending transactions must be firm before you can bring your license to Real.
