Make sure you have your real estate license information and credit card.
- Create your account. Click the link you received from your Sponsor or click here to join.
- Complete your application. Fill out the application with information about you, your license, and your preferences for account setup. This should take you 15 minutes.
- Review & Sign the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). Once you submit your application, please review and sign the ICA. Complete all sections highlighted in yellow. The selections you made in the application, including sponsor selection, license information, and Stock Purchase Plan option, will be pre-populated in your ICA. Once you sign each section, click Next in the bottom right corner.
- Pay your application fee. After signing the ICA, you can use our digital payment system to securely pay your application fee.
- Transfer your license. Each process is a little different, so check out the License Transfer & Renewals US or License Transfer & Renewals CAD and work with our support team for any needed signatures.
- Transfer Board. Let your Board know you changed your license to Real. The process does vary by Board, so please reach out to them directly & contact our support team if you need Broker's signature.
Voila! That's it. Once your application is submitted, our team will review and respond if there is any missing information. Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Email with the next steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account
- If you received a link from a current Real Agent, click I’m Ready to Join, or click here to join.
- Fill out the form and create your account.
- Please remember this username, email, and password. You will use this to access your account.
- Verify your email address - click here for more information on verifying your email address: reZEN Email Verification

Set up 2 Factor Authentication:
- 2FA ensures security for your account and personal information by requiring both your password and an authentication code from an authenticator app or a text message in order to log into reZEN.
- Select whether you'd like to set up 2FA by text message or by using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
- The next pages will ask you basic information about yourself and your real estate experience. Your responses will be used to populate your onboarding documents and create your reZEN profile.
- Please answer each question and click Next to proceed.
- If you would like to name a Sponsor or two Co-Sponsors, make your selection here and add your Sponsor's name and email address. This will populate in the Sponsorship Addendum in your onboarding documents. If you do not want to name a Sponsor, just click No, I wouldn't like to name a Sponsor.

Your Sponsor is the person who most influenced you to become an agent with Real.
Once you select your Sponsor you cannot change it.

- If you are joining Real as part of a Team, be sure to fill in your Team's information and your role on the team here. This will ensure that you are onboarded correctly. If you are not joining as part of a Team, choose Individual Agent.

Choose whether you would like to opt into the Stock Purchase Plan. This will pre-populate in the Stock Purchase Plan Addendum that you will sign along with the ICA. Click here for more information about the Stock Purchase Plan: How do I earn equity (stock) at Real?
- It's super important you list the Board & MLS you plan to join. We won't be able to onboard you without this information.
- Once you complete your application, Review your application and Submit.
If you are unable to complete your application at once, and must come back to finish, please use this link to access the application you already started: https://bolt.therealbrokerage.com/.
Step 3: Review & Sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and ICA Addenda:
If you took a break after submitting your application, please login to reZEN to sign your ICA.
Please review and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
- All sections that must be completed are highlighted in yellow.
- The answers you provided in the application will pre-populate in the corresponding places in your onboarding documents.
Once you sign your ICA, we’ll email you a copy. Look for an email from Real Brokerage - “Thank you for Signing ICA” from emails@emailrealbrokerage.com.
Step 4: Pay Your Application Fee:

Next, please pay your one time application fee using our secure payments processor (Stripe). NOTE: If your state or board require additional fees, they will also be listed here and you will need to pay these fees before you can join. Once you pay your fee, you'll receive a receipt via email - “Your Real Broker, LLC receipt” from receipts@stripe.com and we’ll send you a confirmation text. |
Step 5: Transfer License:
When you get to the license transfer step, you will need to follow the specific process for your State:
Our Onboarding Team will reach out within 48 hrs with next Steps. If you need to release your license from your previous Brokerage, we will wait for you to complete those steps before accepting the license with Real.

Step 6: Transfer Board/MLS/Association:
You must affiliate with a Board and MLS within 30 days of signing your ICA. Please work directly with your Board and MLS to make this update. Real does not cover the cost or process to join your Board, Association, or MLS.
- If you are already with a board/association/MLS, we will approve your application and continue onboarding. However, you must transfer your affiliation to Real with any/all that you are a member of.
- If you have not yet joined a board/association/MLS, please let us know which ones you will join.
Congrats, You're Done!
