How to Apply for or Transfer Board/MLS Membership Application

As a licensed real estate agent and a member of Real, you must affiliate with a Board and MLS within 30 days of signing your ICA.

In order to be a member of any board or association, Real’s broker must be a member of that board or association.

Your board or association will allow you to change your association either online or require you to complete a form.

• If you can make the changes online, follow the specific instructions of the association to get your license transferred to Real.
• If your board or association requires you to complete a form, download the required form from the board or association’s website, complete your portion, and send to onboarding@therealbrokerage.com. Our team will assist you with getting your board or association set up.

Once you join your local association, you will be added to the National Association of Realtors (“NAR”). For a general overview of joining an association, visit the NAR’s website for helpful information.
