Real's ICA has an exclusivity clause which requires agents to transfer their licenses with Real in all States/Provinces where they are licensed and become a paying dues member to a local association or board of realtors in each State/Province that they are licensed in. OR agents can also keep any of their licenses Inactive in any States/Provinces where they are not actively working.
Agents who wish to operate as a referral-only business model in one or more States/Provinces will need to activate their license and become a paying dues member to a local association or board of Realtors in each State/Province, unless it is in a State/Province where we offer our referral-only program.
