You can provide a Transaction Coordinator (TC) or Administrative Support Professional (Admin) access to your reZEN account to:
- input transactions on your behalf,
- upload documents to your transaction checklist,
- Edit the financial details of your transaction,
- approve the financial details;
- and send the commission document for approval.
Assistants will not have access to your social security number or bank account information.
Please note:
- The licensed agent is responsible for supervising the activities of unlicensed individuals with access to the account. It is the agent's responsibility to ensure unlicensed assistants only perform work in accordance with laws and regulations where they do business.
- The licensed agent is responsible for paying their transaction coordinators. Real does not directly pay (and/or issue 1099s to) transaction coordinators or admins.
