Licensed Admins, Transaction Coordinators and Assistants are provided with an additional role on their Agent account that can be linked to other agents or teams at Real, enabling them to manage transactions in one place.

If your Licensed Admin, Transaction Coordinator, or Assistant already has an active reZEN profile as a licensed agent at Real:

Contact Support so we can add the Transaction Coordinator role to the existing Agent profile for the TC/Admin.

After the Transaction Coordinator role is added to the agent's reZEN profile, then the Agent needing TC/Admin support will be able to follow the steps to connect to the Agent+Transaction Coordinator:
- Step 1: Log into reZEN

Step 2: Open your Dashboard and select Overview. Locate the section labeled Transaction Coordinators and choose Connect.
- Next, click to start searching for your Transaction Coordinator. You can search by name (only first or only last name with no spaces) or by email address that they have on their reZEN profile:

Step 3: Choose the Transaction Coordinator’s level of access. You will have three options:
- All Open Listings and Transactions - This will add the Transaction Coordinator to all of your open listings and transactions, and all of your future listings and transactions
- Created After - This will add your Transaction Coordinator to transactions and listings created after a specific date. You will be able to choose this date when selecting this option
- Created by Them or Manually Added - This option will add your Transaction Coordinator to transactions and listings they create for you. If you create a transaction, you can add them to that specific listing or transaction.

Choose your preferred option and select Next

Step 4: After selecting Next, you will see a pop-up to Confirm you would like to connect with your chosen Transaction Coordinator. Select Confirm if you would like to move forward with the process. You will then be prompted to Sign the Agreement.
- After selecting Next and signing your agreement, your Transaction Coordinator will receive an invitation email to connect as your Transaction Coordinator. Once they sign and accept, they will be connected!
If your Licensed Admin, Transaction Coordinator, or Assistant does not have an active reZEN profile as a licensed agent at Real:
Adding your Transaction Coordinator to your agent profile is easier than ever.
Step 1: Log into reZEN
Step 2: Open your Dashboard and select Overview. Locate the section labeled Transaction Coordinators and choose Connect.
Next, select ‘Are they new to Real? Email them an invite.’ You will then be prompted to type in their name and email address.
Step 3: Choose the Transaction Coordinator’s level of access.
You will have three options:
- All Open Listings and Transactions - This will add the Transaction Coordinator to all of your open listings and transactions, and all of your future listings and transactions
- Created After - This will add your Transaction Coordinator to transactions and listings created after a specific date. You will be able to choose this date when selecting this option
- Created by Them or Manually Added - This option will add your Transaction Coordinator to transactions and listings they create for you. If you create a transaction, you can add them to that specific listing or transaction.
Choose your preferred option and select Next
Step 4: After selecting Next, you will see a pop-up to Confirm you would like to connect with your chosen Transaction Coordinator. Select Confirm if you would like to move forward with the process. You will then be prompted to Sign the Agreement.
Step 5: After selecting Next and signing your agreement, your Transaction Coordinator will receive an invitation email to create a reZEN account and connect as your Transaction Coordinator.
Step 6: Within their Application they will be given three application types to choose from
- Yes, Transfer License
- No, do not Transfer License

No, Unlicensed
When they select "Yes, Transfer License" they will then complete a normal Agent Application to join Real and then we will apply the Transaction Coordinator role to their account upon activation.
Once their new account is activate in reZEN, you can follow the steps above to get connected!
