If you are a Team Leader and you would like to get your NEW Transaction Coordinator (currently does not have an active profile at Real) set up with a TC profile and connected to your ProTeam, follow the steps below to get set up in just a few minutes!
- As the Team Leader, send a TC Connection request from within your Team in reZEN to invite your TC to join Real
- Your TC will receive the invitation and will need to complete the correct Real Application to create an account
- Once your TC's account is activate at Real, your TC can accept the connect request to complete the setup
-
The Team Leader will sign the Assistant Amendment to finalize the connection
Step 1: Send a connection request to your TC.
To get started, send a connection request so your TC can create a TC profile and get connected to your team!
To send the connection request, go to the My Team tab along the left side of reZEN. Then, click + Add to Team and select Team Administrator. Then click New to Real? Send a connection request.
Next, invite your Team Administrator by email and set the appropriate permissions. Be sure to use the email address associated with your TC’s NEW account rather than the email address associated with their OLD account - you may not be able to find your TC if you use the incorrect email.
Then, select the permission level you would like to give to your TC and click Send Request! Click Here for more information on the available TC Permission Levels.
That’s it! Now, your TC will receive an email with an invitation to create a new TC account!
You can check on the status of your connection with your TC in the Team Administrators section of your Team page. Since we’ve sent the request, but the TC has not yet accepted, we can see below that the status shows as Request Sent.
Step 2: The TC can now create an account and accept the connection request!
Now that the team leader has sent the connection request, the TC will receive an email inviting them to create an account and accept the connection request. The TC can click +Create an Account to get started!
The Transaction Coordinator/Admin will then be able to select whether they are licensed as well or unlicensed:
- Yes, Transfer License > they will complete a licensed Agent Application to join Real with the Transaction Coordinator role added.
- They will then transfer their real estate license to Real
- Our Onboarding Team will activate their profile at Real
- No, do not Transfer License > they will complete an Unlicensed Transaction Coordinator Application to join Real.
- No, Unlicensed > they will complete an Unlicensed Transaction Coordinator Application to join Real.
Once the TC has completed the application and onboarding, they can log into their account using the email address and password they used during account creation.
Once logged in, the TC can accept the connection request from your team by clicking Show Request in the banner that appears at the top of reZEN, and then clicking the ✅ to accept the request.
Step 3: The Team Leader can now sign the Assistant Amendment to finalize the connection!
Now that the TC account has been created, the last step is for the Team Leader to sign the Assistant Amendment to finalize the connection. A banner will appear in the Team Leader’s profile prompting them to sign the agreement.
Finally, review and sign the Assistant Amendment and click Complete.
That’s it! Your Licensed TC is now fully connected to your team and has access to your team’s listings and transactions according to the permissions set by the Team Leader!
