The TC Experience for ProTeams allows Team Leaders to set the appropriate permissions for each TC/Admin they work with. Team Leaders will be able to set the appropriate permissions as they are sending the connection request to their TC.

Transaction Coordinator Permission Levels
When sending a TC connection request, you will see 3 options for permission levels. To help make the correct choice, check out the details on each level below:

Transaction Coordinator I - Connects the TC to the Team, but does not give the TC access to all team transactions. In order to access a team member’s transactions, the team member must connect to the TC.
- This option is best for teams where Team Members may or may not choose to work with the team TCs, and the TC should NOT have access to all team listings and transactions.

Transaction Coordinator II - Connects the TC to the Team with access to all team transactions.
- This option is best for teams where a TC needs access to ALL listings and transactions associated with the team.

Team Manager - Connects the TC to the Team with access to all team transactions PLUS additional team management capabilities that are coming soon!
- This option currently has the same permissions as TC II, but soon, there will be additional team management capabilities, which include the ability to invite or remove new TCs and Team Members!
Important Note: The permission level set upon sending the connection request cannot be changed once sent. If you need to adjust a TC to a different level, simply remove and resend the connection request at the appropriate permission level.
Additional Permission Toggles
- CDA Approver - Allows the TC to approve commission calculations and send commission documents.
- Deal Editor - Allows the TC to make edits to transactions, including adjusting splits, adding or removing participants, updating transaction details, and more!
- Access to Closed Deals (Only available for TCII and Team Manager levels) - Allows the TC to view historical or closed deals in addition to all active listings and transactions.
Important Note: If your team settings allow any team member to edit transactions or approve CDAs, the CDA Approver and Deal Editor settings will automatically toggle on.
To Edit/View Additional Permission Toggles
Once the Team Administrator has been invited/added to the Team, you can view and edit their Additional Permission Toggles by clicking the pencil icon to the far right of each Administrator:
Update the toggles to change the additional permissions and then click "Update."
