The TC Experience for ProTeams allows Team Leaders to connect to the Transaction Coordinators they work with directly through reZEN - no more reaching out to support each time you make a change to your TC/admin staff!
The TC Experience for ProTeams also gives the Team Leader additional options to customize what TCs are able to do, like the ability to approve commission calculations or the ability to view historical transactions.
If you are a team leader and you would like to get your TC set up for the new TC Experience, follow the steps below to get set up in just a few minutes!
Step 1: Get your TC set up with their new TC account!
Step 2: Send a connection request to your TC's new account from your Team.
Step 3: The TC can now accept the connection request to complete setup!
Step 1: Get your TC set up with their new TC account!
- If your TC is also an actively licensed agent at Real, they can now manage their agent activity and their TC activity from the same account! To enable their Agent account for the TC feature, the TC can contact Teams@therealbrokerage.com and let us know that you need the TC role added to your agent account, and our Teams' Team will take it from there.
- If your TC is not a licensed agent at Real, please follow the instructions here to complete a new Transaction Coordinator Application.
If you would like to use the same email address you are currently using, please add +tc to the end of your email address before the @ when requesting a new TC profile via the application link above. This will allow you to get emails at the same email address while creating an account under a “new” email address. For example, you can use example+TC@example.com and all emails will still go to example@example.com.
Once the TC Setup team approves the application, they will follow up with the TC to let them know their account is set up, and you can move to step 2 below!
Step 2: Send a connection request to your TC's new account from your Team.
Now that your TC has the proper profile type, send a connection request so your TC can resume work with your team through their new account!
To send the connection request, go to the My Team tab along the left side of reZEN. Then, click + Add to Team and select Team Administrator.
Next, add your Team Administrator by email and set the appropriate permissions. Be sure to use the email address associated with your TC’s NEW account rather than the email address associated with their OLD account - you may not be able to find your TC if you use the incorrect email.
Then, select the permission level you would like to give to your TC and click Send Request! Click Here for more information on the available TC Permission Levels.
Finally, review and sign the Assistant Amendment and click Complete.
That’s it! Now, your TC will receive an email and a banner in their reZEN profile alerting them that they have a new connection request, which they may accept or reject. We’ll take a look at that below!
You can check on the status of your connection with your TC in the Team Administrators section of your Team page. Since we’ve sent the request, but the TC has not yet accepted, we can see below that the status shows that the Assistant Amendment has been signed, but the request has not yet been accepted.
Step 3: The TC can now accept the connection request to complete setup!
Now that the team leader has sent the connection request, the TC will receive an email and will also see a banner in their TC profile prompting them to accept the request. Click Show Request to view the pending connection request. Then, click the ✅to accept the connection.
That’s it! Now the TC will see the team under their active connections, and the Team Leader will see the TC under their Team Administrators tab in the team.
