Agent Loading of Listings is Mandatory
Transferring Listings to Real
- Agent already licensed with Real will fill out Listing Transfer Agreement and send to listingscad@therealbrokerage.com in an electronic signing platform (Real Signature, DocuSign, DotLoop etc) with Cassandra Zwiers as the signer. Please include your board's MLS department email address as a receiver or CC in the signing envelope so they will immediately receive a copy of the document to take action.
- Agents on-boarding with Real will complete the Listing Transfer Agreement with their board membership transfer as a part of the on-boarding process.
Agent Load Listing Process
Upload all listing documents to reZEN for Broker approval
Agents enter the listings on the MLS and make changes to any non contractual fields while they are active.
Agents email listing to client to ensure listing has been entered correctly
Listing Withdrawal Process
- A listing can only be withdrawn if it’s been on the market for less than 60 days after the commencement of the listing, send to listingscad@therealbrokerage.com in an electronic signing platform (DocuSign, AuthentiSign, Real Signature) with Cassandra Zwiers as the signer. Please also include the board’s MLS department as a recipient of the signed document.

- If the agent is a member of the Winnipeg Board send the signed document to listings@wrreb.ca
- If the agent is a member of the Brandon Board send the signed document to info@breb.mb.ca
- Ensure listing file is entered to reZEN before submitting for signature.
- Once the document is signed it will be sent to the board to withdrawn, if you have included the board as a recipient of the document, if not you will need to forward the completed document to the board to process.
- If the listing has been on the market for over 60 days agents can amend the expiry of the listing.
- Upload the signed document to reZEN for broker approval.
Reporting Sales of Listings to the board
- Agents are to update the status of their listing as soon as possible after documents are signed as outlined in the ICA.
- Log in to Matrix in Keystone and edit the status of the listing to reflect the new sold status of the property.
- Upload a copy of the sold MLS print out with the status change to the reZEN file for broker approval.
