What is a Domestic Team? – Real

A Domestic Team is a domestic couple or related family members (maximum of 2 total team members) which share 1 commission Cap to Real (see below for US and Canada amounts) and will pay their taxes together.

There is no production requirement for a Domestic Team.
One member of the team will be designated the Team Lead or "Primary" agent.
- A single shared Cap (see below for US and Canada amounts - all commission is paid to the Team Leader)
- A single Sponsor for both Team Leader and Team Member.
  - Domestic Teams may participate in the Revenue Share program, however, Domestic Teams cannot Sponsor each other to join Real. Dormant agents in the Domestic Team must choose the same Sponsor as the Primary agent's Sponsor.
  - The Team Leader must Sponsor any agents in their Revenue Share group.
- All transactions will be paid through the Team Leader's reZEN account.
- One W-9 form will be applied to the Team Leader account.
- One 1099 form will be issued to the Team Leader account.
- Team Leader is eligible for Elite Agent status
  - Domestic Teams are eligible to earn 1 Elite Agent Award if they qualify.
- Eligible for Team Production Awards
- Agent Equity Opt In will be awarded through the Team Leader account.
  - Domestic Teams can participate in the Stock Purchase Plan as well as earn stock awards for Capping and Attracting agents but the Domestic Team will only earn 1 SET OF AWARDS as 2 agents are splitting one Cap.
The second agent will be considered "Dormant."
- This Dormant account is not used to enter transactions or Revenue Share.
- The Dormant agent cannot Sponsor agents.

Once your Domestic Team is setup you will have:

1 Active Real account for transactions
2 $249 Sign-Up Fee
US Agents:
- 1 shared $12,000 Cap
- 1 $750 Annual Brokerage Fee (split between your first three transactions)
Canadian Agents:
- 1 shared $15,000 Cap
- 1 $1,200 Annual Brokerage and Risk Management Fee (split between your first three transactions)
(Optional) 1 Shared Lofty CRM account.
