15% paid to company until Agent Reaches Company Cap. Example: If the agent’s commission was $10,000, they would keep $8,500 and Real would keep $1,500

$12,000 Company Cap for Team Leaders.
$6,000 for Team Members. (Team Members owe less to Company).

- Agent will pay 15% to Real until Company Cap is paid.
- Then Agent will no longer pay Commission Split to Company.

The Company Cap will reset every year on the Agent's anniversary date.

Post-Cap Transaction Fee
|
Once you pay the Company Cap, you will pay:
- $275 CAD per transaction; and
- $125 CAD per lease transaction
After reaching Elite Agent status, the transaction fee drops to $129. All members of the team will benefit from the Elite Agent transaction fee.

Once you pay the Company Cap, you will pay:
- $275 CAD per sale;
- $125 CAD per lease
This is split proportionally across all members on the transaction.
Example: If you split a transaction 70/30, Team Member will pay a $192.50 transaction fee ($285 * 70%) and Team Leader will pay a $82.50 transaction fee ($285 * 30%).
After reaching Elite Agent status, the transaction fee drops to $129. All members of the team will benefit from the Elite Agent transaction fee.

$1,200 CAD annual brokerage and risk management fee per agent, paid from first 3 transactions each anniversary year

Personal Transaction
|
Up to 3 personal transactions per anniversary year per agent, with $275 CAD/transaction fee. You must be listed on the contract as Buyer or Seller.
