Commission Split

15% paid to company until Agent Reaches Company Cap.

• $12,000 for Team Leaders.
• $6,000 for Team Members.

- Agent will pay 15% to Real until Company Cap is paid.
- Then Agent will no longer pay Commission Split to Company.
(Fees below will still apply).
- The Company Cap will reset every year on the Agent's anniversary date.

Per Transaction Fee
|
A $40 CBR (Compliance and Broker Review) Fee, which covers broker review, E&O (professional liability) insurance, and processing will be assessed on every transaction the company processes.

The $40 CBR Fee is split across all members of the team.
Example: if you split your transaction 80/20; the Team Member will pay $32 (80% of $40) and the Team Leader will pay $8 (20% of $40).

Post-Cap Transaction Fee
|
- $285 per sale transaction;
- $125 per lease transaction
After reaching Elite Agent status, the Transaction Fee reduces to $129.

This is split proportionally across all members on the transaction.
Example
Elite Agent status, the Transaction Fee reduces to $129. All members of the team will benefit from the reduced Elite Agent transaction fee.

Annual Brokerage Fee

$750 Annual Brokerage Fee per agent, paid from first 3 transactions per anniversary year.

Monthly Fee
|
No monthly fees

Personal Transaction
|
Up to 3 personal transactions per anniversary year (per agent), with $250/transaction fee.

In some cases, the Team Leader will pay the team Member's Real Split. Here is what that looks like:
