US Agents Only: Real charges a $750 annual brokerage fee. The Brokerage Fee is collected from the first three transactions each anniversary year. This is only applied when an agent closes a transaction - if an agent does not close any transactions, the Brokerage Fee will not be charged - or if an agent only closes 2 transactions in a given year, only 2 fees will be charged.
- If you are based in Canada, this fee does not apply. See What is the Brokerage and Risk Management Fee?
Please note: this fee will be charged on every transaction until your third transaction is processed by Real. This means: if you have many pending transactions, you may see the fee deducted on more than three transactions until the third transaction is processed by Real.
Once the third transaction is processed by Real, you can recalculate your commission to see the Brokerage Fee removed. See: How Do I Recalculate my Commission?
