What is the Brokerage and Risk Management Fee (Canada)?

Canadian Agents Only:  Real charges a $1,200 CAD annual brokerage and risk management fee. This is collected from the first three transactions each anniversary year.

Please note: this fee will be charged on every transaction until you your third transaction is processed by Real. This means: if you have many pending transaction, you may see the fee deducted on more than three transactions until the third transaction is processed by Real.
