In a Domestic Team - one member of the team will be designated the Team Lead or "Primary" agent.
To view transaction commissions and Cap information for a Domestic Team - you will need to be logged into the Primary Agent/Team Leader’s account profile in reZEN.
- All commissions, transactions, and tax information are managed through the Primary Agent/Team Leader's reZEN account

Your Revenue Share and agent Network for agent attraction is also managed through the Primary Agent/Team Leader's account as well
If you logged into reZEN under the Dormant Agent profile, you will not be able to view transaction commissions or Cap information.

Step 1: Please log out of the Dormant Agent profile
- The second agent account profile in reZEN is considered "Dormant."
- This Dormant account is not used to enter transactions, track Capping, or report Revenue Share

The Dormant agent also cannot Sponsor agents

Step 2: Log into to reZEN using the Domestic Team's Primary Agent/Team Leader's account’s credentials

To view commission information in the Primary Agent/Team Leader account, click on My Dashboard in the left navigation and then click on the Overview tab (on a Desktop Computer) - Commission and Caping information will display here!

You can also run a Closed Transactions Report in the Primary Agent/Team Leader's account: This a great way to view closed transactions and commission information.
