Missouri (MO) Private Label Process

Real’s Private Label program allows eligible independent brokerages to keep the brands that they spent years building – while still benefiting from partnering with Real.

Getting Started:

• If your brokerage has a physical office location, kick-off the approval process by completing the Physical Office Application - Found HERE 

Step 1: Real registers your brokerage name as a Fictitious Name with the Missouri Secretary of State. 

• The Private Label team will submit the Fictitious Name registration. Registering this name with the Secretary of State will allow Real to add the Fictitious Name at the Real Estate Commission level.

Step 2: Real prepares and submits an Information and License Change form to the Missouri Real Estate Commission

• The Private Label team will prepare the Information and License Change form to add the newly filed Fictitious Name to Real's license with the Missouri Real Estate Commission 
• Once this filing has been completed, the Fictitious Name will officially be active and Private Label teams are able to use the Fictitious Name for advertising
