Real’s Private Label program allows eligible independent brokerages to keep the brands that they spent years building – while still benefiting from partnering with Real.
Getting Started:
- If your brokerage has a physical office location, kick-off the approval process by completing the Physical Office Application - Found HERE
Step 1: Are you using a DBA? File Firm Name Change Application to Remove your DBA.
- In order for Real's request to add your DBA, the DBA name cannot be in use anywhere else. Use the Firm Name Change Application and complete section D to remove the DBA.

- Send the completed and signed application to Amber Fulcher at amber.fulcher@therealbrokerage.com.
- Amber will submit the application via email to GREC for processing on your behalf.
Step 2: Real will file the Trade Name Certificate in Fulton County
- A Trade Name Certificate is required to be submitted with the request to add a DBA when submitting everything to GREC.
- The Trade Name Certificate is filed in Fulton County and the GA Broker, will file the certificate in person and send a fully stamped and filed copy to Amber Fulcher.
Step 3: Real submits the Firm Name Change Application to ADD the DBA
- Real will complete the same Firm Name Change Application as mentioned in step 1, but this time section C will be completed.
- The completed and signed application AND the Trade Name Certificate will be sent to GREC via email for processing.
Step 4: Real will publish the Trade Name Registration in the local Fulton County newspaper
- The notice will be published in the South Fulton Neighbor
- The notice must appear once a week for two consecutive weeks
- A publisher's affidavit will be issued to Real showing proof of publication after the notice has been ran for the required amount of time
