Real’s Private Label program allows eligible independent brokerages to keep the brands that they spent years building – while still benefiting from partnering with Real.
Getting Started:
- If your brokerage has a physical office location, kick-off the approval process by completing the Physical Office Application - Found HERE
Step 1: Release your assumed name within your SAW account
- Login to your SAW account → Click 'Access Now' next to the DOL Professional and Business Licensing option
- Click the ‘Business License Tab’ → Select your Brokerage Firm
- Scroll down and click on the firm’s license number on the lower left hand side of the screen → You will be directed to the ‘Business Relationships’ page.
- Click ‘More Actions’
- Click ‘Manage Assumed Names’
- Click the ‘Remove’ link to the right of the name you want to remove.
- Click ‘Yes’ at the Alert pop-up
Step 2: Real requests approval from the DOL to use the new Assumed Name
- Approval will take between 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Real registers the Assumed Name with the Department of Revenue
- Real is required to obtain an updated business license showing the new Assumed Name from the Department of Revenue.
- An updated business license will take between 7-10 days.
Step 4: Real submits the Name Application via their SAW account to update the Assumed Name
- Real will submit all documentation (updated business license and approval email) to the DOL via the online application in their SAW account. Once the submission is approved, the Assumed Name will officially be added to Real.
