Am I eligible for Elite if I am on a team?

If you pay a $12K cap, you are eligible for Elite Agent Status, even if you are on a team. 

• If you are on a team - keep in mind, that as soon as your team leader hits Elite Agent Status, everyone on the team will benefit from the lower Elite Agent transaction fee. So, even if you have not yet reached Elite Agent Status, if your team leader reaches Elite, you will pay the lower transaction fee. Then, once you hit Elite Status, you will earn your stock awards. 
• Note: members of a Domestic Team share one $12K cap; the Elite Agent award will be issued to the Team Leader to be split across the team. 

If you do not pay a full ($12K) cap, you are not eligible for Elite Agent Status.
