Am I eligible for Elite if I am on a team?

If you pay a $12K cap, you are eligible for Elite Agent Status, even if you are on a team. 

• If you are on a team and you have a reduced cap, as soon as your team leader hits Elite Agent Status, you will benefit from the lower Elite Agent transaction fee. The transaction fee is only applicable after you have reached your cap.
• If you are on a team and you have a $12K cap, if your team leader hits Elite Agent Status, you will continue to pay the full post-cap transaction fee to make it easier for you to be able to reach Elite Agent Status!
• Note: Members of a Domestic Team share one $12K cap; the Elite Agent award will be issued to the Team Leader to be split across the team. 

If you do not pay a full ($12K) cap, you are not eligible for Elite Agent Status.
