Yes. reZEN allows you to require a team lead or admin to validate and send Commission Documents for your team. You can choose one of three options:
- Team Leader Only: if this is selected, only the team lead will be able to validate, generate, and send/confirm Commission Documents
- Team Leader & Team Admins: if this is selected, only the team lead or team admins will be able to validate, generate, and send/confirm Commission Documents
- Any Participant on the Transaction (Default): this is the default behavior and allows any participant on the transaction to validate, generate, and send/confirm Commission Documents
If you would like to approve Commission Documents for your team members before closing, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Your Team Name
- Designated Approvers:
- Team Leads Only
- Team Leads & Admins
- This change will affect all transactions for all members of your team.
- Once implemented, you must approve and send the commission document before closing - or the transaction will not move forward in the process.
- Currently, any participant on a transaction may review and approve the Commission Documents on the transaction
- Only request this option if you have time to review and approve the commission calculations for your team.
