Can someone from another State join my team?

Yes. If the Team Lead is licensed in that state, please email onboarding@therealbrokerage.com to add the person to your team.

If the Team Lead is not licensed in that state, he/she must identify an agent who is licensed in that state to serve as team lead in that state. Please contact onboarding@therealbrokerage.com if you want to do this.

• If a Team Member is operating in a State without a licensed Team Lead, the Team Member may continue to work with the team, but may not market the team name in that State.
