A team lead can request to approve all commission documents before closing (learn more: Can I review all of my team’s commission documents before they go to closing?). If your team is setup to require team lead or admin approval, you will not be able to approve or send your commission documents.
You will see an error message like this if you try to approve:
You will need to contact the admin / team leader for your team to review and approve the commission document. If the admin / team leader does not wish to review and approve commissions for the team, they can contact support@therealbrokerage.com to request an update to the team setup.
