Some Leo Pro AI agents fill out forms for you, like the Offer Creator, which writes a purchase contract for your buyer. To do that, Leo needs your market's forms to be available in reZEN. If your market's forms aren't available yet, you can upload your own template, and Leo will draft it for you.
Why Leo needs forms in reZEN
When you ask Leo to write an offer, it doesn't create a contract from scratch. It fills in the official form your market uses with the terms you give it, then lines up each buyer and seller to sign. If that form isn't in reZEN, Leo has nothing to fill in.

If your market isn't on the list
You can still have Leo draft it. Upload your own template, and Leo fills it in with your terms.
- Tell Leo what you need and give it the terms. For example: "Write an offer on 412 Oak using my template. Here are the terms."
- Answer any questions Leo has. It never makes up a value.
- Review the draft before anything goes out. Nothing is sent or signed without your yes.
Good to know: Use only forms you're licensed and authorized to use in your market. Leo is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate information, so review every draft carefully. You're responsible for verifying accuracy and making sure each document complies with your state or provincial rules.
