Leo Line gives you a dedicated business phone number connected to Leo. Clients text your Leo Line, and Leo answers the way you would, keeps the conversation moving and brings you in when it matters. Leo Line is included with an active Leo Pro subscription.
Why use a Leo Line?
- Client texts get their own home. They stop competing with your group chats.
- Leo replies when you can't. A text at 9pm can be handled before you see it. You set the tone, review what Leo sends and take over anytime.
- It's yours. If you switch teams, your number, conversations and history come with you.
- No paperwork or carrier fees. Real handles carrier registration and covers the fees.
Before you start: know your path
| If you're... | What you need |
|---|---|
| On a team | Your team lead signs up first, and that covers the whole team. After that, you just pick your number. |
| A team lead, or a solo agent with an EIN | Your legal business name exactly as it appears on your EIN registration, plus your business address and contact info |
| A solo agent without an EIN | Your personal cell phone. Google Voice and other purchased numbers won't work. We'll text you a PIN, and you'll need to reply from your phone within 24 hours. |
Set up your Leo Line
- Confirm your info. We've already filled in what Real has on file.
- Wait for carrier approval. This takes about 7–10 business days. You can track your status in the Leo Pro Portal. If we need anything, we'll ask you to confirm.
- Pick your number and profile link. Then start texting clients.
Carrier approval takes time because carriers check your license, your name and your business to confirm you're a real business owner, not a marketing list or a robocaller. That's what gets your texts delivered instead of filtered or blocked.
Get the most from your Leo Line
Give your number out everywhere: your email signature, listings, voicemail, yard signs, flyers and business cards. See Article 8 for how QR codes on signs work.
Had a Leo number before?
Older Leo texting numbers stopped working on October 2, 2026, when Leo texting moved to new carriers for better delivery. Set up a new Leo Line using the steps above.
