How Leo Tokens work
Think of Leo Tokens as credits. Every job Leo does uses some, like creating an avatar video, making a listing video or nurturing your leads.
- You get free tokens to start. Every agent gets 20,000 free Leo Tokens to try Leo Pro. Agents who joined the Leo beta before October 20, 2026 receive 30,000 free Leo Tokens. Adding a card at sign-up is optional, and nothing is charged until you subscribe.
- Monthly tokens refresh. Your plan's tokens expire at the end of each subscription period, and a new batch arrives with the next one.
- Plan tokens are used first. Leo uses your monthly plan tokens before any tokens you buy, so purchased tokens stay in reserve until you need them.
- Tokens you buy don't expire. They stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your plan later.
- Voice works the same way. Tasks you start with Leo Voice use tokens just like tasks you type.

If you run out of tokens
Leo pauses new jobs and shows you how to subscribe or add more tokens. If you run out while Leo is working on something, the task waits for you for up to 72 hours. Top up, then resume one task or all of them at once. Everything Leo already made for you stays available.
