Behind Leo is an office of AI agents, each built for one job in marketing, listings, buyers, transactions and more. Ask Leo for what you need, and it hands the work to the right specialist, checks it and brings it back to you. You don't need to remember agent names.
How it works
- Ask Leo. For example, "Make a tour video of my new listing."
- Leo picks the specialists. One agent, or several working together, takes on the job. You can also call on any agent directly.
- Agents ask when they need you. If something's missing, like confirming an address, the agent pauses and asks.
- You get finished work to review, approve and download.
The Office view shows Leo's team at work, grouped by office. Needs you shows agents waiting on your input or review, and Active shows agents working right now. Open any item to see what the agent is asking and reply.

- Describe the agent in plain words.
- Choose when it runs: when you ask, on a schedule, or when something happens in your business.
- Review what Leo worked out: when it runs, what it reads, what it writes and what needs your approval.
- Test it. Once the test run passes, it joins your team.
Example: "When one of my listings is about to expire, draft an email to the seller about next steps." Leo works out that it runs when a listing is about to expire, reads your reZEN listings and activity, writes an email draft and needs your approval before sending.
Approvals still apply to agents you build. Good agents can be shared with other agents after review.
