You can be up and running with Leo Pro in an afternoon. There's no training and no setup week: sign in, connect your contacts, turn on text alerts and tell Leo what you need.
Where to find Leo Pro
- reZEN: Open the Leo Pro tab in the top left corner of reZEN.
- On the web: Go to airm.therealbrokerage.com.
- On your phone: Download the HeyLeo app from the App Store or Google Play. (Be sure to log in as an agent!)
Set up Leo Pro
- Sign in with your Real account.
- Connect your contacts. Bring in your phone contacts, your email and the CRM you already use. See Article 9.
- Turn on SMS notifications so Leo can text you when a lead needs you (steps below).
- Tell Leo what you need. Type it or say it. Leo takes it from there and checks in when it needs you.
Three things to try first
- Connect your CRM so Leo can help you stay in touch and spot opportunities. See Article 9.
- Put an AI agent to work. Pick a task, like a listing video or a CMA. See Article 5.
- Build your own AI agent with Builder. See Article 5.
Turn on SMS notifications
Leo can text you a short summary and a link whenever something needs you, like a new lead.
- Go to My Profile → Notifications on the web, iOS or Android.
- Choose which alerts you want by text. You control each type separately. At a minimum, turn on new lead alerts.
- Reply YES to the confirmation text.
When texts arrive: Texts hold between 7pm and 11am ET, so a lead won't wake you up. Urgent ALERT notifications come through anytime.

Good to know: SMS notifications are optional and have no effect on your affiliation with Real. Standard message and data rates apply. Your consent is tied to the mobile number on your account, so if you change your number, you'll need to opt in again.
