Team leads can share their AiRM with the people they already trust. Give an agent, TC or team manager the AiRM Manager role, and they can work your buyer conversations while you focus on what only you can do.
What AiRM Managers can and can't do
AiRM Managers get the same Leo access as the owner:
- Seeing every conversation Leo has with your buyers
- Stepping in or taking over a conversation
- Adding private notes so Leo knows how to handle each buyer
- Managing settings and buyer instructions
The role covers Leo and nothing else. It doesn't change anyone's access to transactions or team settings. Your buyers never feel the handoff.
Add or remove an AiRM Manager
- Team leads and team managers can assign the role.
- Pick any agent or TC already on your team. You can have more than one.
- Choose whose AiRM they can manage.
You can remove access anytime, and it takes effect right away. If someone leaves the team, their access goes with them.
For AiRM Managers: Log in, check your team's conversations and pick up any buyer who's waiting on a reply.
